A diplomatic and methodological systems thinker, Drew has an extensive background in mixed methods research, public policy analysis, evaluating technology-based business processes, and implementing strategic institutional effectiveness agendas. In a higher education career spanning over two decades, Drew has held multiple leadership positions in academic affairs and information technology at institutions in Michigan, Kentucky, Maryland, Texas, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC as well as serving as president of a professional organization for registrars (CAPACRAO) and institutional researchers (KAIR).
